Brief Narrative: The Region and Sector Specific Initiative is an integrated effort to: create and implement a region-wide marketing strategy which matches and build on college- and program-specific efforts and investments; pilot and expand the marketing of the already successful Business Information Worker Initiative; convene a Regional Counselor Conference to share common practices and materials to attract a wider range of students to CTE students; and finally to add information on the economic impact of the region as a whole and college-by-college to more effectively – and with greater legitimacy and justification – the value of the colleges to stakeholders across the region across the State.
